My Background

My spiritual path started with a pure heart of helping others and being curious about the Natural Law. And now, for me the basic of healing and growth is Self Care and Self Love. To manifest Peace around us, the key is to nurture inner peace within oneself, and within every one.

 

Most of time in my upbringing, I seek and crave for knowledge, materials, relationship from the outside. My spiritual path overturns this black and white, and flipped that in a way makes more sense to the reality.

 

"Cultivating oneself, managing one's family, governing the country, and bringing peace to the world" was one of the Confucius’s teachings (《論語。大學》) Eight years ago, I became a mother and pursued "Parenting For A Peaceful World". I, as a parent, immerse myself in my role and reflect constantly how to raise angels of peace to the world, to create a world of hope, peace and happiness!

 

With a background in social work and youth work, coupled with the experience of publishing "Accompanying Children to Learn Meditation and Educating from the Heart", I truly believe that, there is no way apart from cultivating inner peace and self love in order to make a happy and blissful world for myself and future generations. So,I am determined to contribute to the world through body, mind and soul work!
